The eighth annual Barrington Art Festival returns Memorial Day weekend, along Cook and Station streets in downtown Barrington.

“The Barrington Art Festival is delighted to serve as part of the festivities that are marking the Village’s anniversary,” says Amy Amdur, president of Amdur Productions. “Adding art to Barrington’s already charming downtown, which is filled with fantastic café’s, boutiques and restaurants, only enhances the Village’s appeal as a must-visit, must-see weekend destination.”

Free and open to the public, the Barrington Art Festival will showcase the work of more than 130-juried artists from around the world in a variety of mediums, including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, painting, sculpture and more. In addition to the incredible artwork available for purchase, attendees will be able to interact with artists through demonstrations and booth chats.  Live music, kid-friendly activities, such as the patARTic graffiti wall, and epicurean delights also will be available for visitors to enjoy.

The Arts Festival is proud to be the first festival to incorporate the new greenways along the Scioto River in its activities. From access by bicycle along the new park paths, to exploring new activity areas along the riverfront, the Festival looks forward to encouraging people to discover Columbus’ beautiful new riverscape.

As the city’s welcome to summer event, the Columbus Arts Festival has been providing an array of arts activities for Columbus residents and visitors for more than half a century.

The Columbus Arts Festival is produced by the Greater Columbus Arts Council (Arts Council), the primary funding agency for the arts in Columbus. Funded by the city of Columbus, each year the Arts Council provides more than $4 million in support to artists and arts organizations through a competitive grants process. These programs employ nearly 2,000 artists and impact more than 434,000 school children annually. In addition the 3.9 million instances of attendance at nonprofit arts and cultural events each year is 1.44x that of all local major professional and university home sports attendance. People in Columbus LOVE the arts and the Columbus Arts Festival!

Explore the 15th annual juried fine art event, Iowa's largest fine arts show - ArtFest Midwest ‘The Other Art Show’.

Held the same weekend as the downtown art show, Artfest Midwest features Iowa and regional artists. Over 250 artists participate during the festival, varying in mediums and styles. ArtFest Midwest is an alternative, affordable art show — a complement to the downtown show. 'The Other Art Show' reflects quality similar to that found at the original “Art in the Park” show held several years ago at the Des Moines Art Center (then moved to the Fairgrounds). Patrons with be exposed to the artwork of local and regional artists, as well as selected artists from across the country.

Amdur Productions proudly announces the 6th annual Third Ward Art Festival to be held on Labor Day weekend. Milwaukee residents and art lovers show artists their strong support for the art festival, growing in numbers since the inaugural year in 2012.

The Third Ward Art Festival is located just three blocks south of downtown Milwaukee, in the Historic Third Ward knows as “Milwaukee’s Arts and Fashion District.” This upscale area boasts the city’s most dynamic array of restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries and unique shopping – attracting visitors from near and far. Wide sidewalks are home to numerous outdoor cafes which are well situated to look at art with the back to back layout down the street.

The Third Ward is a wonderful mix of old and new, with great architecture and creative renovations. With a population of about 600,000 Milwaukee is the largest city in the state of Wisconsin and the 30th most populous city in the United States.

Parking is close and easy for artists. Staff support is there for artists from load in to load out.  Very easy load in and load out.

Artists will have the opportunity to interact with the public through art demos and booth chats. Live music, great food and fun activities for kids make the festival a perfect experience for all.
